² “For I select an ^(A)appointed time,
It is I who ^(B)judge with equity.
³ The ^(C)earth and all who dwell in it ^[a]melt;
It is I who have firmly set its ^(D)pillars. ^[b]Selah.
⁴ I said to the boastful, ‘Do not boast,’
And to the wicked, ‘^(E)Do not raise up the horn;
